Shipping destinations and rates
ATELVI offers tracked delivery within Australia and to New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. All rates below are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Australia: A$6.95 for orders under A$75; free tracked standard shipping for orders of A$75 or more.
- New Zealand: A$19 tracked shipping.
- Canada and United States: A$24 tracked shipping.
- United Kingdom and selected European destinations: A$29 tracked shipping.
Free international shipping is not offered. Destination availability and the final shipping rate are confirmed at checkout. We do not ship to Algeria, Japan or Singapore.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched the next business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Australian delivery is generally estimated at 2–6 business days after dispatch; regional and remote addresses may take longer.
International transit times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for remote areas, public holidays and carrier disruptions.
International duties and taxes
International duties, import taxes and customs fees may apply and are not included in the listed shipping rates. Payment and declaration requirements vary by destination and carrier; some charges may need to be prepaid before dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you would like to check the arrangements for your destination.
Tracking and delivery questions
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, your tracking has not updated, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact ATELVI with your order details.
